Tience® contains protective antioxidants, collagen and lipids, and it also supports microcirculation in the treated area. It improves overall skin quality and leaves the skin smoother and more even.

How is a Tience treatment performed?

The technique is selected individually depending on the treatment area and goals.
Tience can be delivered through injections or combined with a device-based treatment such as microneedling.

Do the results require maintenance?

Maintenance may be recommended as natural signs of ageing progress, and the need for follow-up varies depending on the concern being treated and your skin’s starting point.

Who is this treatment not suitable for?

Tience cannot be performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in cases of keloid formation, active herpes, allergies to lidocaine, adrenaline or Ringer’s acetate, or in the presence of cancer or ongoing cancer treatments. A consultation is always recommended to ensure suitability.

Before treatment

Please arrive without makeup.
Avoid using products that can sensitise the skin, such as strong retinoids or exfoliating agents, as well as intensive chemical peels for two weeks beforehand.
Avoid excessive sun exposure beforehand, as this may increase skin sensitivity.
We recommend leaving a two-week interval between Tience and other injectable treatments performed on the same area.
Topical steroids, local antibiotics or isotretinoin may prevent treatment.
This treatment cannot be performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Please inform us of any medical changes at each appointment.

After treatment

Small injection marks may appear, and the treated area may temporarily look slightly pale due to vasoconstriction. This is completely normal and reflects the biological activity of the product. Not everyone experiences it, and its absence does not indicate reduced effectiveness. Mild bruising, tenderness, itching or tingling may also occur.
Avoid touching the treated area. Any swelling typically settles within a few days, while bruising may last 3–5 days. Avoid sauna and strenuous exercise for a couple of days after injections. Protect the injection sites from the sun for two weeks.
