FAQ's

Am I suitable for this treatment?

HydraFacial™ is designed for all skin types. Even sensitive skin tolerates the treatment well. We can select specific booster serums and customise the approach to suit your skin’s condition and individual needs.
For those who wear makeup regularly or simply prefer a deeper cleanse, HydraFacial is an excellent way to achieve a thoroughly refreshed and clarified complexion.

Who is this treatment not suitable for?

Most skin types respond well, but we do not perform this treatment on highly sensitive skin, active eczema or e.g. active rosacea.
In line with the distributor’s guidelines, we also do not perform this treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

How long do the results last?

Improved clarity and hydration typically last 5–7 days, sometimes longer. Monthly treatments help maintain results by supporting ongoing brightness and hydration.
Appropriate homecare with suitable skincare products is essential for prolonging and strengthening the results.

How often is the treatment recommended?

For optimal skin health, HydraFacial is generally recommended every 3–4 weeks. If this is not possible for your schedule or budget, even a single treatment can provide visible improvement.
As always, the condition of your skin determines the ideal frequency for the best long-term outcome.

What results can be expected?

After the treatment the skin appears clearer, more even and naturally radiant – often after just one session.
If the skin is very congested or it has been a long time since your last professional treatment, a course may be recommended to ensure the skin is thoroughly clarified.

Do you offer HydraFacial treatments for the body as well?

Our service selection also includes HydraFacial body treatments. These are based on the same patented Vortex technology used in the facial treatment, providing deep cleansing, effective exfoliation, removal of impurities and hydration with antioxidant-rich serums.

Is there any downtime?

Mild redness may occur and usually settles quickly. Makeup can be applied immediately afterwards if desired.

Before treatment

Please arrive without makeup.
Avoid sensitising products such as strong retinoids, exfoliants and chemical peels for 2 weeks before your HydraFacial appointment.
Avoid excessive sun exposure beforehand, as this may increase skin sensitivity.
Avoid facial waxing or sugaring for at least one week.
Topical steroids, local antibiotics or isotretinoin may prevent treatment.
Please inform us of any medical changes at each appointment.
If you have an important event, book your HydraFacial at least 2–3 days in advance.

After your treatment

For the first 24 hours, treat the skin gently: use a mild cleanser and a hydrating serum or moisturiser to support optimal recovery.
It is advisable to avoid makeup for 24 hours to maintain clarity and support the skin’s natural renewal process.
Avoid direct sunlight, heat and high temperatures to minimise potential irritation.
Make sure to use sun protection, and avoid aggressive treatments such as laser procedures or waxing for around two weeks after your HydraFacial. Using SPF regularly and avoiding harsh treatments will help protect the skin and support the results.
