Radiesse® is a dermal filler containing calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres suspended in a gel, whereas most other fillers are based on hyaluronic acid.
Radiesse provides an immediate lifting effect, while its components stimulate the skin’s natural collagen production helping to improve firmness and elasticity over time. The microspheres are gradually broken down by the body leaving behind newly formed collagen.

Hyperdiluted Radiesse® is an excellent choice on its own, and when combined with other treatments, such as fillers, microneedling or advanced skin therapies, it can further improve overall skin quality and help slow visible signs of ageing.
The treatment can also be combined with other procedures, such as dermal fillers. Results are very natural and often visible for at least one year. Radiesse has been used successfully for many clients and has an excellent safety profile. Hyperdiluted Radiesse is also suitable for areas such as the décolletage and hands, where traditional fillers may not always be appropriate.

What is Hyperdiluted Radiesse?

Hyperdiluted Radiesse has been diluted with a mixture of NaCl and lidocaine. When injected into the skin, it stimulates the body to produce new collagen.
This treatment naturally firms the area by improving skin quality and creating subtle, structural support. One of the key benefits of Hyperdiluted Radiesse is its long-lasting effect – many injectable treatments do not last as long. With good skin care, results may last 12–18 months.
Clinical and histological research has demonstrated both the safety and the effectiveness of this treatment.

Does the treatment firm the skin?

Yes. It increases collagen production and helps firm the skin. The most common treatment areas are the face, particularly the midface. Radiesse is excellent for restoring volume to the cheeks because it contains calcium hydroxyapatite. Its formulation makes it easy for the practitioner to shape and contour the product, even though it is long-lasting. Hyperdiluted Radiesse is also suitable for the neck, décolletage and hands.

How long does Hyperdiluted Radiesse take to settle?

Many clients begin to notice improvements within 5–7 days. Results continue to improve over the following 2–4 weeks as the product settles into the skin. Although you may notice early improvements quite quickly, the most visible refinement typically develops over 2–3 months. The improvements in firmness and texture tend to be long-lasting – often up to 12 months.

Before the treatment

A consultation with our nurse is required before booking. During this appointment, the treatment, procedure and aftercare will be explained in detail, and we will confirm that the treatment is suitable for your skin concerns.

After your treatment

Avoid strenuous exercise, steam rooms and saunas for 48 hours. Avoid direct sun exposure after the treatment and do not apply makeup for 12 hours. Chemical peels, microdermabrasion, IPL or laser treatments, waxing and sugaring should be avoided for at least 2 weeks or until the skin has fully recovered.
