The treatment consists of two phases
Fire – a warming, lightly tingling enzyme resurfacing step that awakens the skin, minimises dullness, congestion and fine lines.
Ice – a cooling, calming mask that restores hydration, balance and the skin’s natural glow.
The treatment is suitable for all ages as it is not age-specific, but rather a brightening and balancing facial that supports overall skin health.
The skin is always assessed individually, making Fire & Ice suitable for both younger and more mature skin – without downtime.

Why is it called Fire & Ice?

The Fire & Ice Facial, also known as the Red Carpet or Hollywood Facial, uses two masks. The first retexturises and revitalises the skin with a warming effect, while the second hydrates and soothes through cooling. Together they leave the skin looking radiant, refreshed and refined in appearance.

The Fire mask contains ingredients such as niacinamide, retinol, citric acid and unbuffered glycolic acid. The Ice mask features Japanese green tea, grape seed extract, rosemary, liquorice and aloe vera.

Are there any side effects?

Side effects are usually mild and temporary, such as redness, tingling or a feeling of tightness during and immediately after the treatment. Occasionally, slight flaking can occur as the skin renews.

Can the treatment be done during pregnancy?

Yes. Fire & Ice is suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Before the treatment

Please arrive without makeup.
Avoid using sensitising skincare products such as strong retinoids, exfoliating acids or chemical peels for 2 weeks before your Fire & Ice appointment.
Avoid excessive sun exposure beforehand, as this may increase skin sensitivity.
Avoid facial waxing or sugaring for at least one week.
Topical steroids, topical antibiotics and isotretinoin may prevent treatment.
Please inform us of any medical changes at each appointment.

After your treatment

Avoid direct sunlight for 5 days. Use SPF 30–50 daily whenever exposed to daylight.
