HArmonyCa™ is a biostimulator that combines two active components: hyaluronic acid
(HA) and calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA). It provides an immediate lifting effect alongside
long-lasting improvement. Cross-linked HA delivers instant lift and smooths lines and
wrinkles, while CaHA stimulates collagen production within the skin, enhancing structure,
firmness and rejuvenation over time. The formula also contains lidocaine to make the
treatment more comfortable.
HArmonyCa™ is ideal for individuals concerned about age-related changes in facial
structure, and for those seeking long-lasting improvement in facial proportions, fine lines
and wrinkles.
We generally recommend this treatment for clients aged 35+.
HArmonyCa is administered using a cannula, which means fewer entry points and a safer,
more comfortable treatment. Discomfort is minimal.
After the injections, the skin is gently cleansed and the area is lightly massaged to ensure
even distribution of the product.
HArmonyCa is considered a safe treatment with minimal discomfort. Mild bruising may
occur at the entry points. Common minor side effects such as redness, swelling,
tenderness, discomfort or itching usually resolve within a few days.
You will notice an immediate lifting effect due to the hyaluronic acid and its hydrating
properties. Meanwhile, the collagen stimulator works gradually by encouraging your skin to
produce its own collagen.
New collagen and elastin begin to form as the hyaluronic acid breaks down naturally,
meaning the initial lift is maintained by the newly formed collagen network. This balance
ensures natural-looking results without excessive volume.
You will see an immediate improvement after the treatment, with results continuing to
develop over the following three months. Full collagen formation typically takes around 3–4
months.
Once new collagen and elastin have been formed, results may last up to 2 years.
Depending on your starting point, you may require one or two treatments within this period.
A consultation with our nurse is required before booking. During this appointment, the
treatment, procedure and aftercare will be explained in detail, and we will confirm that the
treatment is suitable for your skin concerns.
During your consultation, we will guide you through everything you need to know before
and after HArmonyCa.
You should avoid very intensive exercise, heavy sweating, sun exposure, tanning beds
and extreme weather for 24–48 hours. Do not apply makeup for 24 hours. Avoid all facial
treatments for at least 14 days.
As with any injectable, temporary redness, swelling or irritation can occur.
Do not massage or touch the treated area unless specifically instructed.
Chemical peels, microdermabrasion, IPL or laser treatments, as well as waxing or
sugaring, should be avoided for at least two weeks or until the skin has fully recovered.
