For clients under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present during the consultation and treatment. Without this, we are unable to perform the treatment.

Before the treatment

Please arrive without makeup.
Avoid using sensitising products such as strong retinoids or exfoliating acids, and avoid strong chemical peels for 2 weeks before treatment.
Avoid excessive sun exposure beforehand, as this may increase skin sensitivity.
Avoid facial waxing or sugaring for at least one week.
Topical steroids, local antibiotics or isotretinoin may prevent treatment.
Please inform us of any medical changes at each appointment.

After your treatment

You will receive personalised homecare instructions.
Avoid exercise-related sweating for 24 hours and avoid direct sun exposure.
