What should I keep in mind after the treatment?

Drink plenty of water. The massage enhances lymphatic flow and metabolic activity, and hydration helps the body eliminate waste products while reducing the likelihood of post- treatment headache or fatigue.
Avoid strenuous exercise immediately afterwards. The body is often more sensitive post- treatment. Light walking is fine, but gym training or heavy physical work is best avoided.
Avoid sauna, alcohol and intense heat on the same day, as these can overstimulate circulation and cause temporary dizziness or fatigue.
